M&B Residential Lettings opened its doors in 2007 and now successfully look after over 500 properties. These properties range from 1 bedroom studio flats in the City to detached Country Manor homes in rural locations.
We are an independent agency who offer a Fully Managed or Let Only Service, Rent Collection, Commercial Lettings and Block Management.
We offer exemplary service and local knowledge in all areas of Lettings and pride ourselves on our ability to provide a first class package of care, to both Tenants and Landlords throughout West Devon and East Cornwall.
