We take security of your property, contracts and funds extremely seriously. We’re a licensed member of ARLA, allowing us to provide client money protection and we use the The Property Redress Scheme for our independent redress scheme.

Our team can manage your property throughout the lettings process; from organising inventories and arranging for properties to be cleaned pre-tenancy, right through to deposit negotiations once the Tenancy has come to an end.

  • Advise all relevant utility providers of changes
  • Undertake three inspection visits per annum and notify Landlord of the outcome
  • Arrange routine repairs and instruct approved contractors
  • Hold keys throughout the tenancy term
  • Make any HMRC deduction and provide tenant with the NRL8 (if relevant)
  • 24-hour emergency call out service
